 KERNVERを使わずに KER_INCLUDIRを使うと、kernel sourceが全て
無くても、コンパイルがうまく行くと思います。それと、eepro100.o
には、pci-scan.o の構築も必要です。

 作業例)

 この様に作られた moduleで、scyld版の eepro100.oが動くか
どうか、確認はとれるのではないでしょうか。

 動くようならば、HDDに入れたKNOPPIXに apt-get などで
modules-scyld-source-0.1を使って、組み込むと良いかも
しれません。
