3.6 の環境はいま職場にしかがないのですが…

えっと、「Solution! for V3.6-2004-08-16」というのは「V3.6-2004-08-16 を
使う場合の解決策」であって、「V3.6-2004-08-16 で解決しました」ではないで
すよね…もしかして勘違いしてます？
これは「自分で 3.4 のファイル通りにユーザーを追加してみたらうまくいった」
イコール、V3.6-2004-08-16 にはバグがある、という意味に読めます。
