ところで、Knoppix の ISOLINUX についてですが、今後私にできそうなこと
はなさそうですし、個人的にはもう「待ち」の姿勢に入っちゃいました。(^^;
Debian が syslinux のパッケージをアップデートしてくれたら「問題」
自体消滅しちゃうのに、と思わないでもないです。
でも、そうもいかない理由があるんでしょうねきっと。
と、書いたら unstable に3.11-2 が入ってたようです。

ということで、次のリリース(KNOPPIX_V4.1?)に期待。
